Personal data processing

1. General provisions

1.1. This document defines the procedure for processing personal data in the Association of Legal Entities "Association of Value Engineering of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter - the Association).

1.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and their Protection" and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1.3. The Association ensures the protection of personal data and takes the necessary measures to prevent their unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction.

2. Principles of personal data processing

The processing of personal data is based on the following principles:

- legality and good faith;

- limitations of processing to achieve specific, pre-defined goals;

- preventing the processing of personal data incompatible with the purposes of their collection;

- minimizing the volume and content of personal data;

- ensuring the accuracy, sufficiency and relevance of the data;

- ensuring confidentiality and security.

3. Subjects and categories of personal data

3.1. The Association processes personal data of the following categories of subjects:

- website users;

- representatives of legal entities;

- applicants (including joining the Association);

- event participants;

- subscribers of newsletters.

3.2. Personal data may include:

- last name, first name, patronymic;

- contact information (phone number, e-mail address);

- information about the place of work (name of the organization, BIN/IIN, position);

- data used during authorization;

- technical data (IP address, cookie, browser information);

- other information voluntarily provided by the personal data subject.

4. Purposes of personal data processing

Personal data is processed for the purposes of:

- registration and identification of the user on the website;

- providing access to the Association's services;

- processing of applications, requests and feedback forms;

- organization and holding of events;

- registration of membership in the Association;

- directions of information and newsletters;

- fulfillment of contractual obligations;

- ensuring the functioning and security of the website;

5. Legal grounds for processing

Personal data is processed on the basis of:

6. Methods of personal data processing

6.1. Personal data is processed using automation tools and without their use.

6.2. The Association performs the following actions with personal data:

collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (if necessary), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction.

7. Transfer of personal data

7.1. Personal data is not transferred to third parties without the consent of the personal data subject, except in the following cases::

- provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- fulfillment of obligations to the personal data subject;

- interaction with government agencies within their competence.

8. Storage of personal data

8.1. Personal data is stored for no longer than the purposes of their processing require, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

8.2. Upon achievement of the processing objectives or upon withdrawal of consent, personal data is subject to destruction or depersonalization.

9. Personal data Protection

9.1. The Association takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data, including:

- differentiation of access rights;

- use of antivirus protection and access control tools;

- using secure data transmission channels;

- keeping records of personal data processing operations.

10. Rights of personal data subjects

The personal data subject has the right to:

- receive information about your personal data;

- demand their clarification, blocking or destruction;

- revoke consent to the processing of personal data;

- to appeal the actions of the Association to the authorized body or in court.

11. Use of cookies

The website uses cookies for:

- ensuring the correct operation of the website;

- analysis of user activity;
