A Memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Kazakhstan Cost Engineering Association and the NOAEO Chamber of Expert Organizations

On May 20, 2026, a Memorandum of Mutual cooperation was signed between the Kazakhstan Cost Engineering Association and the NOAEO Chamber of Expert Organizations.

The document is aimed at developing partnerships and strengthening professional cooperation in the field of construction, pricing and value engineering of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The main areas of cooperation are defined:

- development of professional standards and best industry practices;

- assistance to the development of the institute of self-regulation in the construction industry;

- improving the quality, transparency and efficiency of complex non-departmental expertise of construction projects;

- participation of the parties in the activities of the Scientific and Technical Council in the field of pricing in construction and cost engineering;

- organization of joint events aimed at improving the skills of industry specialists;

- exchange of experience, expert knowledge and analytical materials on improving the pricing system and cost management of investment and construction projects.

The signing of the Memorandum was an important step in the development of professional cooperation between the expert community and specialists in the field of value engineering. The implementation of joint initiatives will contribute to the improvement of the regulatory and methodological framework, the introduction of modern approaches to managing construction costs and improving the quality of decisions in the investment and construction sector.
